Shipping Policy

Where we ship

Fulton Soaps currently ships within the United States. We don’t offer international shipping at this time. Available shipping options are confirmed at checkout based on your delivery address.

Processing time

Orders ship within 2–3 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Processing time is the time we need to prepare and pack your order before handing it to the carrier. Shipping transit time is additional.

Shipping rates

• Standard shipping: $8 on orders below $45.
• Free Standard shipping: orders of $45 or more.

The free-shipping threshold is based on your merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax. Any applicable shipping charges are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Delivery estimates

Delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. Transit times can vary by destination and carrier, and may be affected by weather, holidays, or other shipping delays. If you have a concern about your delivery, please contact us so we can help look into it.

Order issues and questions

If your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or has a product defect, please contact hello@fultonsoaps.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
